How do I sign up?

You start with a free trial account. You can upgrade to any of the plans at anytime during your free 7-day trail. We will not ask for your credit card details unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time, in your website dashboard. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not happy with Visual Society, we offer a full refund of any plan payment you have made in the last 30 days. For products order through your store, we will replace the product at no cost to you.

How long are your contracts?

Our plans are billed annually. It's easy to start, upgrade, or stop your plan at anytime.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account directly on your website dashboard. Cancelling is an easy and no questions asked process.

Will I get help in building my website

Yes, our customer support team is available to assist you through live chat or email at support@visualsociety.com.

How do I accept payments through Visual Society?

When you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll be asked to "Connect to Stripe" on your website dashboard. Stripe is our payment gateway and is the method in which you will receive payments. Buyers can purchase from your website using any major credit card. If you have connected your website to Stripe, then your sales profits will show up immediately in your Stripe account. Stripe will then automatically deposit into your bank account within a few days.

Can I download my Visual Society website?

Yes. Our "no lock in" policy ensures that you can download your content at anytime. Since Visual Society is a fully-hosted web service, you cannot download the actual website software.

Do you provide domain names?

No. You can purchase your own domain name from any registrar of your choice. You can also choose to run your website on a Visual Society subdomain (yourusername.visualsociety.com).

Do you provide emails?

No. We recommend that you use a specialised email provider for your business-critical email account.

Do I need hosting?

No. Your Visual Society website is hosted on our fully-managed, fast and secure cloud that leverages the world's best cloud hosting infrastructure providers.
